Overlake Terrace is a commercial senior living campus and facility. The parking lot expansion project adds 42 parking stalls.
The project includes clearing/grubbing of property, import and export of material, grading, sewer connection, storm drainage, water connection, concrete retaining walls and associated stairways, hand railing curbing, paving, sidewalk, street lighting, channelization and the construction of a CMU block wall trash enclosure building.
