C.C. Edwards Construction's primary business is building residential plats.  We've built plats ranging from as few as 4, to over 400 lots.   The diversity of our company allows us to handle everything from small housing projects up through huge multiphase master communities.  Most importantly, regardless of the size of the project, our goal is always to provide a superior project on time and on budget.  

More Than Construction

At C.C. Edwards Construction, we do so much more than just the construction phase.  Our project management team is committed to being involved in every aspect of your project, from the preliminary plat process to recording.

Even before you buy the land we can be of assistance.   We have provided construction feasibility numbers for the majority of our land development clients.  From a basic plat layout, our project managers can provide you with a construction cost estimate.  You can then use this information to determine whether or not to buy a raw piece of land, and to determine its value. 

After the property purchase, we often assist the engineer by sharing our field experience. This often saves our clients money even before construction begins.  We don’t except payment for this service and only ask that we be allowed to competitively bid the project once approved plans are obtained.
